Parent & Tot Yoga Series
This 4-Week Parent & Tot Yoga Series will take place every Saturday at 10am from March 6-27th!
This 45 minute class which will take you and your litte ones on a journey. This class has 4 components: connecting, poses, something fun and quiet time. Yoga allows you to practice different poses and stretches building flexibility, balance, strength and coordination. This series will also introduce mindfulness, gratitude and reflection, while allowing you to bond and connect with your little ones.
Note: We recommend you participate alongside your child but they are also welcome to participate independently.
Recommended for children age 3-6. Siblings participate FREE!
